They are seeking a top-tier Project Executive to provide leadership and strategic oversight for a landmark 20-story, ground-up residential tower in White Plains, NY. This is a critical role for an executive capable of managing all facets of a large-scale project that has already broken ground, driving it through completion.

Job Description

  • Serve as the ultimate owner of the project’s success, managing all facets of a landmark 20-story residential tower.
  • Provide strategic oversight for the entire project lifecycle, from a post-groundbreaking phase through to completion.
  • Lead and manage the project budget, schedule, team performance, and subcontractor relations.
  • Implement immediate on-site controls and drive performance to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Proven Executive Leadership: Extensive experience managing large, complex, ground-up residential construction projects (high-rise experience is required).
  • Residential Expertise: A deep understanding of residential construction methods, with experience in market-rate or affordable housing as a significant advantage.
  • Proactive Management: Demonstrated ability to step into an active, large-scale construction site and immediately implement effective controls.
  • Client Management: A track record of successfully managing client relationships and key stakeholders on major projects.
